Before my procedure I was feeling really ill the pain in my stomach was just something I couldn't handle, however the way the staff helped me and then managed my pain was just amazing and I am so grateful for them to them for that. I'm so happy with my experience here and i would recommend this to anyone who required the same treatment.

Hi and thank you for your response. I'm sorry your pain was not managed as this is an important aspect of your care. We do try hard to prevent pain but it is not always possible. As you can imagine, pain tolerance is different for everyone. I will raise this to the management and it's good you let us know. On a better note thank you for the amazing 5 star ratings and it's good to know the staff looked after you well. They are a very dedicated team who we are very proud of.
